The Floyd Wedding

Amber and I have known each other since we were learning to walk. Our grandparents were neighbors and the best of friends...this made for some of the sweetest pictures of us as little kiddos. Fast forward years down the road, when Amber reached out about wedding photography, I was not only honored - but so, so, so excited.

Amber and Zach’s special day was filled with so many wonderful family and friends. I didn’t realize just how many loved ones were there until it was time for family photos. WOW - I was so touched by all of the love and support shown to this amazing couple.

The most touching part of the wedding day for me was watching Zach’s son, Stephen. He was involved in every little aspect of the celebration. There was an adorable kids’ table with games and activities to keep the children entertained. It was so fun to watch them play and have the time of their lives!

Amber and Zach’s first look began with just the two of them seeing each other for the first time, followed by a first look for little, handsome Stephen. He was speechless, and could hardly open his mouth to tell Amber to turn around. It was such a precious moment.

Amber’s effortless beauty radiated from her the entire night. All of the details - from her hair piece, to her Kate Spade Keds were perfect.

Their ceremony was filled with laughter and tears of joy. One of my favorite parts of the day was listening to the Amber and Zach read their vows to one another. Not only did they give vows to one another, but Amber had also prepared vows for Stephen.. To always love him, take care of him...cue the misty eyes.

The rest of the evening was filled with hugs, dancing, delicious BBQ from Deep Run RoadHouse. To cap the night off, with a final touch for Stephen, there was a glow stick exit.

I wish these two the most joy and happiness in their marriage for many, many years to come.
