Boy was it a hot one! 98 degrees and what felt like 100% humidity, but that didn’t stop us. When planning Cassie’s session, we decided that we wanted a location with several different options all in one spot. All local Richmonders could immediately guess it - we chose Maymont. We started in the gorgeous Italian Gardens before making our way down to the Japanese Gardens while making little stops along the way.
Cassie is a high fashion girl. We talked about her future plans. She told me that her hope when finishing high school is to go into the fashion industry. She wants to buy and market items for retailers. How cool is that?! I just love that she has such a strong passion.
Cassie’s mom, Christine, also came along for our session. I absolutely love meeting my senior’s families and loved ones. They light up while their children are taking pictures. It’s such a special session to celebrate the season that’s about to begin.
We finished our time together in the large open fields of Maymont with the beautiful sunset as our backdrop. It was the best way to end this cute lady’s session. I am so excited for this Manchester Lancer to begin her senior year and go on to do great and wonderful things!
